You’re a lawyer or firm administrator using CabRank
Account questions, billing, handoff setup, claiming or releasing referrals, profile and notification settings, anything else relating to your firm’s use of CabRank:
Include your firm name and the email address you sign in with. If your question is about a specific referral, include the CabRank reference (looks like CRC-LEAD-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX or your firm’s booking reference, e.g. GTC617130).
You booked a consultation through cabrank.legal
If you paid for a one-hour legal consultation through cabrank.legal and you have a question about your booking — what happens next, when a lawyer will call, refunds, or anything else:
Include your booking confirmation reference (in the email we sent at the time of payment).
Once a lawyer has claimed your referral, they will contact you directly. If you haven’t heard from a lawyer within 24 business hours of your booking, write to us and we’ll chase it up.
You came in through one of our partner sites
If you submitted an enquiry through Go To Court Lawyers (gotocourt.com.au), Australian Legal Hotline (legal-hotline.com), or another partner channel, your enquiry is being handled by the firm assigned through CabRank. The handling lawyer is the right first point of contact for legal questions about your enquiry or legal issue.

Our response commitment
- Acknowledgement: within one Australian business day of receipt for all support enquiries.
- Substantive response: typically within one to three business days, depending on the nature of the question. Complex issues may take longer; we’ll tell you if so.
- Hours: Australian business hours, weekdays excluding public holidays. Urgent enquiries arriving outside business hours are picked up the next business morning.
- Outage or platform issue: we’ll communicate via the affected firm administrator’s email and (for material incidents) post a notice on this page.
